– Ensuring the organization of accounting based on regulatory documents approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, monitoring the effective use of material, labor and financial resources;

– supervise the timely calculation of monthly salaries of faculty and staff, student scholarships and their distribution;

– formation of full and accurate information on the status and movement of assets, the status of property rights and obligations in the accounts sheets;

– preparation of a quarter, 1-T (Labor) form of annual report to the city statistical department;

-report on management personnel to the city statistical department
Preparation and submission of Form 1-UP from each quarter to the 3rd of the next month;

– preparation of Form 1 NX of the report to the city statistics department until December 15 of the year;

– preparation of a quarter, 1-T (Labor) form of annual report to the city statistical department;

-report on management personnel to the city statistical department

– preparation of Form 1 NX of the report to the city statistics department until December 15 of the year;

– control the correct expenditure of the wage fund on the basis of approved state tables and state formularies;

– supervise the correct deployment of the scholarship fund on the basis of orders issued by the rector;

– control over the acceptance and exit of goods and material goods to the warehouse under the established rules;

– control the expenditure of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds on articles of expenses on the basis of approved estimates of expenses;

– control the quality transfer of cash, commodity and material assets and inventory of fixed assets on the basis of the established procedure;

– control the submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Ministry of higher and secondary special education, the Ministry of culture, the tax inspection and other organizations in their terms.

– timely transfer of inventory of material goods and funds;

– generalization of accounting information for the purpose of effective management;

– compilation of financial, tax and other reports;

– transfer of taxes accrued to the local and Republican budget in their terms;

– targeted spending of funds received from the bank;

– to prevent the emergence of receivables and creditworthiness;

Must know:

Knowledge of laws related to the activities of the department, decisions of the Cabinet of ministers, decisions of the Ministry, orders, knowledge of the essence of the orders of the rector of the ministry, knowledge of the annual and promising plans of the OSCE, Organization of accounting and reporting of financial and control-inspection organizations in hususiy, as well as all methodological, regulatory and other documents related to the financial and economic

Qualification requirements:

-to the professional and organizational abilities necessary in the managerial position in higher educational institutions, leadership work experience and experience in the field of education, relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of the type and competence of the activity;

– to have exemplary personal qualities-intelligence, cultured, leadership, creative abilities, politeness, organizational, initiative and entrepreneurial abilities, a sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and work, to act strictly, to have the peculiarities of ensuring the achievement of the strategic goals of the institution;

– it is necessary to have a higher education.

– it is necessary to have at least 3 years of effective work experience in the direction of the Department.
