CODE OF ETIQUETTE

Chapter 1. General rules

Article 1. Relations regulated by this code

This code is developed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on education”, the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, the decision of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on additional measures to ensure the academic and organizational and managerial independence of State Higher Educational Institutions and other laws and – employee, student and doctoral student) regulates relations related to the principles, norms of professional etiquette, the Basic Rules of the educational process and behavior in the service.

Article 2. Goals and objectives of the code of etiquette

Objectives of the code of etiquette:

formation of the culture of professors, employees, students and doctoral students on the basis of national and universal values;

formation and improvement of the concept of etiquette regarding educational institutions;

educate professors, staff, students and doctoral students in the spirit of respect for the Uzbek and its values;

dressing in an educational institution consists in establishing requirements for appearance and behavior.

The functions of the code of etiquette include:

Implementation of preventive measures aimed at preventing infringement and crime among faculty, staff, students and doctoral students;

To engage in inappropriate acts such as violence, cruelty and embarrassment in the OSCE and (or) prevent propaganda-propaganda;

various negative vices and ideas and views alien to our national mentality, preventing actions related to the influence of extremism, separatism, fundamentalism and “mass culture”and propaganda and propaganda of attacks;

determination, elimination of the causes and conditions of the occurrence of this undesirable behavior;

education in the spirit of strict adherence to the Constitution, laws and other regulatory legal acts of Uzbekistan through the formation of high legal consciousness in professors, employees, students and doctoral students;

formation and promotion of the ability to constantly respect and protect the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens in professors, employees, students and doctoral students;

formation of patriotic, high spiritual and moral qualities in teachers, employees, students and doctoral students and their upbringing in the spirit of respect for our national values;

Formation and development of a healthy socio-psychological environment in Uzbekistan;

creating conditions for the formation of a culture of appearance in professors, staff, students and doctoral students;

To preserve and further enhance the prestige and prestige of the OSCE in the life of the state and society and in the educational system.

 

Article 3. Scope of operation of the code

 

This code applies to all faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of the OSCE.

 

Chapter 2. Principles of the code

Article 4. Basic principles of behavior of faculty, staff, students and doctoral students

This code is based on the principles of legitimacy, priority of citizens ‘ rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, patriotism, loyalty to duty of Service and study, justice, honesty and impartiality, efficiency and frugality.

 

Article 5. Principle of legality

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of the OSCE unconditionally comply with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and fulfill their service and study obligations in accordance with office directives, employment contracts, the provisions of this code, the rules of internal order of the higher education institution and other regulatory documents related to education.

 

Article 6. Principle of priority of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens

The rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens are considered the highest value of the OSCE. Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of the OSCE do not allow violations of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and promote their restoration in cases where such violations have occurred.

 

Article 7. Principle of loyalty to patriotism, duty of Service and study

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of uzdk carry out their study and service activities on the basis of spiritual and moral values, loyalty to the motherland, service and commitment to the duty of study, expressing the demand and trust of society in the institution of Higher Education. Professors, staff, students and doctoral students carry out their study and service duties to the extent that they must, regardless of mutual benevolence, their own interests and ideological views.

 

Article 8. The principle of justice, honesty and impartiality

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students are obliged to be fair, honest and impartial in the implementation of their service and study activities and to treat all legal entities and individuals who apply to a higher educational institution, its affiliated sites and social networks on the basis of the requirements of this principle.

 

Article 9. Principle of efficiency and economy

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of uzdk constantly increase the effectiveness of their activities in the implementation of innovative technologies and in other ways.

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of the OSCE, in turn, responsibly and carefully approach the property of the higher educational institution, the time of its own and other persons.

 

Chapter 3. Anti-corruption

Article 10. Failure to accept any form and appearance of corruption

Uzbek professors, staff, students and doctoral students do not accept any form and manifestations of corruption and take legal measures in solidarity against its manifestation in any way.

Professors, staff, students and doctoral students are required to fight corruption and actively contribute to its prevention, as well as unconditionally fulfill the requirements of the OSCE Anti-Corruption Policy and other anti-corruption documents, carry out their activities openly and fairly, strictly adhere to the rule of law, while adhering to high moral values and principles.

 

Chapter 4. Requirements for the conduct and formal communication of professors, staff, students and doctoral students

Article 11. Rules regarding dress and appearance in özdk

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of uzdk should be dressed in stylish clothes that are suitable for their studies and profession.

Women who are teachers, employees, students and doctoral students of uzdk cannot come to Özdk in clothes that make the body look transparent, with open shoulders, chest and abdomen, upper knee parts, and excessively narrow, as well as with various armor or metal objects on different parts of the body, with piercings or tattoos on the visible part of the body.

Student-girls are obliged to come to Ozdk in blouses of light colors and not bright colors, a skirt covering the knee, trousers of a classic type or an odmi suit and shoes in dark colors, and also bring with them the necessary educational tools.

Men who are teachers, employees, students and doctoral students of uzdk should come in a white, Apostolic, light brown or light gray shirt, trousers or odmi suit in a classic style, and shoes in dark colors. In this case, students are obliged to bring with them the necessary educational tools.

It is promoted to faculty, staff, students and doctoral students to dress in a way that is specific to professionalism and the profession of their choice.

Faculty, staff, students, and doctoral students are prohibited from walking in the auditorium and service rooms in overalls (such as cloaks, coats, jackets, and headdresses).

The appearance and clothing of professors, staff, students and doctoral students should be neat and neat.

It is also not allowed to add elements reflecting belonging to different religions and denominations and subcultures (kipa, kashaya, Cross, Hijab, etc.) to the uniform in which professors, staff, students and doctoral students are allowed to come to Uzbekistan.

On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), it is allowed to come freely upside down (except for those who are involved in official events, who appear transparent, leave the shoulders, chest and abdomen, above the knees open, come in clothes that reflect belonging to different religions and denominations and subcultures).

Article 12. Participation in meetings and meetings

In the process of participation in various events (meetings, solemn meetings, meetings, holidays), faculty members, staff students and doctoral students are obliged to treat speakers with respect, maintain peace and tranquility during the event, and without the permission of the presiding officer and moderator, it is impossible to bite and speak. When necessary, it is possible to leave and enter the meeting room between speeches.

Article 13. Following the rules of conduct in buildings

At the entrance and exit of buildings, as well as on the sidewalks, students must pass employees, men pass women, and young people pass adults before them.

The faculty, staff, students and doctoral students of the OSCE entering the building will receive an identity document (permit, student certificate, passport, etc.) from the responsible person or duty officer appointed to supervise the entry and exit of the premises.k.) are required to show open or pass turnstiles via a specially issued ID card and face control.

Professors, staff, students and doctoral students should walk from the right side of the road on the territory of the OSCE, as well as not talk loudly through mobile communications on the sidewalks and halls. Article 14. Official communication standards of professors, staff, students and doctoral students

When entering into interaction with organizations and institutions, media and citizens, the following formal communication norms and rules should be observed by the faculty, staff, students and doctoral students:

to carry out their actions in the interests of the OSCE, to maintain and enhance its image, not to carry out actions that harm the name and interests of OSCE professors, staff, students and doctoral students, and to create a high positive impression of the OSCE with their exemplary behavior when communicating with them and in correspondence on social networks and messengers;

Not to disseminate truthful or misinterpreted information about the OSCE, its faculty, staff, students and doctoral students, allowing for misinterpretation, not to allow such information to spread, as well as not to make speeches on this topic in public and on social networks;

failure to disclose information regarding their privacy without the consent of professors, staff, students and doctoral students;

non-clarification of information about professors, employees, students and doctoral students regarding their professional and educational activities;

following the rules for the provision of service information;

to provide the requested information in accordance with the requirements of adequacy (too short at the same time more than necessary) and reliability (which does not require re-verification) ;

not to use the information received in the process of carrying out its service tasks in a non-purposeful way, as well as not to distribute them without the permission of the OSCE leadership;

non-unjustified criticism of the activities and professional actions of professors, employees, students and doctoral students in the educational process, public speeches, as well as the activities of public authorities and the OSCE in the media and various social networks, not discussing the actions of its employees, not based on untrue, unreasonable and clear evidence, and not making comments, evaluating them.

Article 15. Adherence to work and study time

Professors, staff, students and doctoral students are required to come to classes and work on time, to observe the discipline of work and study.

P. 16. Failure to commit inhumane and inappropriate behavior in the OSCE

It is strictly forbidden for a student and a doctoral student to study, and a professor, an employee, to commit the following inhumane and inappropriate behavior that prevents them from conducting labor activities in the OSCE:

any offense or offense, including defamation, defamation;

consumption and distribution of drugs, psychotropic, synthetic agents and their analogues, alcohol and tobacco products, vape, gum, e-cigarettes and other intoxicating agents and substances;

aggression against peace or tranquility, quarrels, gambling and playing other games based on risk;

Inflicting moral damage on the OSCE, which negatively affects the material and its reputation as a worker;

inflicting physical, moral or material harm on faculty, staff, students and doctoral students;

taking possession of the property, material values of an employee, student, doctoral student or other persons in different ways to own, use or dispose of them, predicts that this situation finds its confirmation with the appropriate grounds;

Pollution of the environment of the OSCE in any form;

Drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco or other types of products in the territory adjacent to the Uzbek buildings, as well as in the Uzbek buildings, and being drunk, coming to the appearance and contrary to the rules established in this code, with grown hair-beard, straightened hair, painted in one or more unusual colors and not observing the requirements for wearing;

Preparing, viewing, storing, distributing and challenging any material in extremist, separatist and fundamentalist moods, promoting non-Uzbek information, as well as various motion pictures, illegal information, obscene pictures and films, national, racial, ethnic, religious animosity, on computers owned by uzdk;

to engage in training and behavior that interferes with work and the tranquility of the employee and students (aimless use of a radio transmitter, TV, multimedia and sound equipment);

submission of false information and documents by faculty, staff, students and doctoral students;

intentionally amending or destroying (painting, erasing, making additional notes, or damaging)the documents of the OSCE by faculty, staff, students, and doctoral students;

cases related to violations of rules and requirements regarding the educational process are regulated by internal regulatory documents on academic integrity;

placing materials that are not inherent in Universal and national values or undermine the prestige of the OSCE, its employees on the internet and other social networks or using them for various incompatible purposes.

Aggression by faculty, staff, students and doctoral students, which undermines the reputation, dignity and prestige of work, leads to spiritual disruption of the educational process, humiliates the honor and dignity of people, provokes rape and brutality, vandalism, interethnic strife, prohibited religious orientation, terrorism, extremism, and fundamentalism, as well as the use of photographs, videos and audios, which manifest obscene and romantic scenes, and their dissemination is not allowed.

Also, the appearance (disclosure) of information, opinions, opinions and attitudes of various forms of information, opinions and attitudes on the internet, social networks, as well as other media sources, distributors, carriers, which are not based on untrue, unreasonable and verified evidence that negatively affects the honor and value of its employees and the reputation of workmanship, the employee, on the other hand, is considered an inhuman and indecent behavior that prevents him from conducting labor activities in the OSCE.

 

Chapter 5. Etiquette obligations of the leadership of the OSCE and procedures for preventing conflicts of interest in professional activities

Article 17. Obligations of the leader

The leaders of the management and the structural unit (next – the head) should be an example of high professionalism, impartiality, purity and justice in relation to subordinate employees, promote the formation of a positive, spiritual and psychological environment in a higher educational institution or its structural unit. The leader should not require subordinate employees to carry out assignments that go beyond the scope of their service duties, nor should he be encouraged to commit unlawful acts.

The leader in his activities:

selection and placement of personnel on signs of kinship, co-existence or personal loyalty and non-permissiveness in cases of discrimination in labor relations;

the fact that it does not allow grouping, localism, favoritism, as well as the emergence of other negative factors in the process of performing its service duties;

the fact that they do not behave rudely, do not underestimate the honor and dignity of people, do not affect them psychologically and physically;

take timely measures to prevent conflicts of interest and regulate them;

taking measures to prevent corruption;

convenient place of work for professional and intellectual development of employees, free access to modern computers, internet network, library fund and information resources, recreation, recreation, physical conditioning, creating all conditions based on internal capabilities;

it is obliged to effectively organize the activities of employees and treat the property entrusted to him and financial resources with caution and economy.

The leader is in charge of requiring and ensuring the compliance of subordinate employees with labor discipline.

 

Chapter 6. Requirements regarding the relationship of faculty, staff, students and doctoral students

Article 18. Relationship of faculty, staff, students and doctoral students

The relationship of faculty, staff, students and doctoral students should be based on the principles of national values and traditions, a single collective environment, mutual respect and attention, friendship, harmony, honesty and Justice.

In the interaction of professors, employees, students and doctoral students, disrespect for human dignity, personality discrimination, appropriation of other people’s intellectual property, rudeness, the use of obscene words, punching are strictly prohibited.

High demand for students in the educational and educational process by pedagogical staff should be carried out in conjunction with respect for their personality.

Article 19. Relationship of the pedagogical employee and students in the audience and beyond

When the teaching staff enters the auditorium, all students must stand up and greet with their respects, and then take their places after the teaching staff salutes and allows them to sit. Even when the pedagogical worker finishes his lesson and leaves the auditorium, students must stand up and watch.

Pedagogical employees are obliged to respect the personality of students both in the educational process and in other cases, to follow the principles of openness and benevolence in relation to them, to selflessly carry out their duties in the process of teaching students, to absolutely not apply such forms of approach as discrimination, use of rude words, self-esteem and familiarity, to

It is necessary for pedagogical staff to respond to students ‘ questions about issues related to the subject or course of study that interest them, in addition to the course process, following the standards of ethics and taking measures to increase their interest and enthusiasm for the subject.

Article 20. Academic harassment and harassment

When applied to them by the management or pedagogical employee in the life of the OSCE for the purpose of engaging students in certain activities without their consent, using their labor force without remuneration (except when voluntary Saturday and other types of activities are organized in strict compliance with safety standards by the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the relevant decision of the, the refusal of students to respond to such a request does not allow the teaching staff to react in the future to them in connection with low grades in the classroom or other types of harassment and harassment (academic harassment), and such harassment is strongly condemned.

P. 21. Use of cellular means

The use of cellular means during classes is strictly prohibited for all. The use of cellular means is necessary, and in cases of excuse, the permission of the pedagogical employee may be allowed only if he knows.

P. 22. Participation in the lesson

Students are not allowed to stay late for class. But a student who is late for a lesson for an excuse can apologize and, with the permission of an pedagogical employee, enter the auditorium and take his place.

Based on serious reasons (rudeness, tamagirism, low quality of the lesson, evidence proving cases of regular interruptions in training due to the fault of the pedagogical employee, etc.) as well as in cases where there is a unanimous opinion of the group (course), students can contact the dean of the faculty with a request to replace the pedagogical employee.

P. 24. Subordination

The appeal of the management staff by professors, employees, students and doctoral students on the circumstances arising from any issue is organized on the basis of a certain procedure (the principle of subordination), that is, a step-by-step exit to the leadership branches in the attitude. The rector of MESI is excluded from cases of direct application of students.

P. 25. Initiative and activism

Initiatives and ideas of professors, staff, students and doctoral students on further improving the spiritual and moral environment, improving the quality of education, effective use of innovative ideas, organizing various beneficial activities are encouraged in the OSCE.

Chapter 7. Etiquette obligations of faculty, staff, students and doctoral students

P. 26. Duties on etiquette

Individuals who are enrolled in the OSCE are introduced to the code in writing (signed).

Faculty, staff, students and doctoral students:

to comply with the requirements of legislation and the code in question;

to a deep understanding of noble qualities, such as always striving for Highness, living life with honesty and Justice;

to respect our national traditions, customs and values regarding etiquette;

to work constantly on his superiors and regularly study the legislation that is being passed;

to carry out their duties on a conscientious, professional level;

To refrain from committing any actions that can stain the reputation and prestige of the OSCE;

Not to use information about the OSCE in order to harm its interests and reputation as a worker;

Careful treatment of özdk property (movable and immovable property, flora and fauna, etc.), including the correct and cost-effective use of the material machinery given to perform the service function;

economical use of electricity and water;

if any unpleasant event or event occurs, it is necessary to immediately report it to the leadership of the OSCE;

compliance with the established restrictions and prohibitions, non-deviant performance of their duties, not discussing personal and family problems of employees, students and doctoral students, not misinterpreting and not discriminating about any person, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, religious beliefs, social background and position, and other characteristics;

professor, employee, student and doctoral students, as well as about other persons, not to organize and spread various rumors, intrigues, gossip and slurs;

To avoid conflict situations that undermine the reputation or prestige of workmanship in the OSCE;

not to intentionally harm the efforts of a professor, employee, student and doctoral student in the labor and educational process;

not to commit acts that belittle the honor and dignity of women, not to make moustaches, not to use obscene words expressed in disregard for the generally accepted rules of morality in relationships;

timely and high-quality execution of decisions (assignments) made (issued) by state bodies and officials, as well as the leadership of the OSCE within their competence;

not to abuse one’s position for personal gain as well as for the benefit of others;

to tell the truth, not to distract leaders and other employees;

not to install various advertising tools without the permission of authorized employees;

to take all measures to ensure the preservation and confidentiality of information known to them during their professional career, which is answered in the manner prescribed by law for their disclosure;

maintaining a healthy lifestyle and taking care of the health of those around you, to promote an increase in aesthetic and environmental culture;

to express critical feedback and make an objective decision, to realize and overcome one’s own mistakes and shortcomings;

to deliberately ignore the fact that the material is well supplied in different ways;

To be polite to the employees of the Information Resource Center, to be careful with books and equipment, to turn off or put mobile devices there in silent mode, not to speak out loud and not interfere with those around you, not to eat food, leave paper, chewing gum and other waste, to follow the procedures for obtaining and submitting books;

to enter the Sports Complex in sportswear and shoes;

careful attitude towards sports inventories;

to resubmit sports inventories to designated places after training;

to comply with the established procedures of the Sports Complex;

To maintain cleanliness in the area adjacent to özdk auditoriums, buildings and buildings;

not polluting the area, throwing waste into special boxes placed in places;

not to leave a personal car in a prohibited place, not to violate and disregard traffic rules (neglect), and also not to create risks when using vehicles;

their adherence to generally accepted norms of etiquette at times other than work (reading)is forced to prevent antisocial behavior.

P. 27. Additional requirements for etiquette

a) students:
to constantly improve the culture of speech;

to actively support and strengthen the self-management system of students, to develop creative activities and to grow a collective culture;

not to discuss the assessment of other students with the pedagogical employee;

not receiving foreign assistance, not providing assistance to others at the time of the implementation of the procedure for protecting written work and rating control;

not to submit assignments or written works prepared by other persons on their own behalf;

not to miss classes for no reason and not to come late for classes for no reason;

not to walk in vain in the territory of the OSCE during training sessions;

not to leave the territory of the OSCE without the permission of the dean of the faculty, the head of the Graduate Department, during the course of classes;

Not to be rude to professors, employees and teachers, not to argue with them, to inform relevant persons if they are wrong, not to address with inappropriate questions about the personal life of teachers, not to keep animosity towards them;

in the event of a conflict situation with a professor, employee, student or doctoral student, it is necessary to curb their feelings and apply to the relevant units and employees (coach (tyutor), Dean, the initial Organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, the Center for spirituality and Enlightenment, The Student Council;

to be active, attentive in the educational process and strictly follow the instructions of the pedagogical employee;

not to talk during classes, as well as not to engage in activities that do not apply to the lesson;

careful attitude to equipment, not to write on tables and chairs;

not to leave paper, gum and other unnecessary things in the auditorium;

not to eat during classes, not to chew gum, as well as to use a personal computer and other communication tools only with the permission of an pedagogical employee;

to apply to the pedagogical employee at the time of training with a question or request and after permission;

to order and receive dishes in public catering places, to follow the order of duty and the established rules;

To strictly follow the internal order of student accommodation;

from the interests of Public Safety to come to the higher educational institution on public transport at the level possible;

(B) personnel:
to comply with the discipline at the place of Service and internal procedures of the OSCE;

to leave his place of service in a state of demand before vacation or when the employment contract is terminated, not to transfer to another person the equipment and other materials assigned to him, tasks assigned to him, but not yet completed;

when communicating by phone, it is necessary to comply with the culture of circulation and the rule for providing information (including, starting from the first formal greeting of the conversation, and then go to the goal, stating their service institution, position and last name, first name, sheriff, the information provided should be the maximum short, concise and clear, due to the search for the information;

to educate young people in the spirit of patriotism;

deciding on a healthy lifestyle among young people, making them aware of the vices of alcoholism and drug addiction, various other deadly threats and extremist influences alien to us, attacks of “mass culture;

to promote the spiritual and moral education of the educated and the development of effective forms and methods of educational work;

not to engage in behavior that raises doubts about the conscientious performance of their service duties, not to discuss professional and personal shortcomings of their colleagues with students;

not to intimidate students from being late for classes or for other reasons, nor to intimidate the student into excluding the higher education institution from the student ranks (leaving the course-to-course) or encouraging the student to give up his forced studies, not to lead to his unjustified exclusion from the student ranks (leaving the course-to-course);

not to commit acts of indecency that disparage honor and dignity, such as harassment, tact, and abuse of the educated;

not to go to animosity towards the student;

in an academic group (course), students fulfill requirements such as providing written information about the general cultural status of behavior to the dean of the faculty on the need to take measures of influence in cases where necessary.

Chapter 8. The procedure for promotion and action

P. 28. Faculty, staff and student encouragement

During the academic year, professors, employees and students who have fully adhered to this code, contributed to the further decision-making and strengthening of the high spiritual and moral environment in Uzbekistan can be financially or spiritually encouraged in the prescribed manner on the recommendation of the Leadership, Faculty Deans, Heads of departments and other structural unit heads.

P. 29. The importance of compliance with the code for attestation and other processes

Compliance with this code by the faculty, staff is taken into account when conducting attestations, in the formation of a personnel reserve for appointments to higher and other positions (career growth).

Article 30. Liability for violations of code rules

Violation of the provisions of the code in question by the faculty, employee, student and doctoral student of the OSCE-serves as the basis for its prosecution in the prescribed manner.

P. 31. Interaction of the code and internal procedures

When professors, staff, students and doctoral students violate the provisions of this code, measures are applied to them, which are recorded in Chapter VII of the internal regulations of the higher education institution (responsibility for violation of Labor and reading discipline).

Chapter 9. Organization of the activities of the Ethics Commission

P. 32. Ethics Commission

Issues related to violations of the norms of this code by professors, staff, students and doctoral students can, as a rule, be considered by the Ethics Commission.

Also, the Ethics Commission, as a rule, on the instructions of the rector of the higher educational institution;

according to the results of the service inspection;

on his own initiative;

Özdk can also address this type of issue on the basis of information from faculty, staff, students and doctoral students, as well as information received to Özdk through communication channels.

The Ethics Commission is formed in a composition of at least 5 people. The purpose, tasks, functions, rights of the Ethics Commission and other issues related to the organization of its activities are determined by the regulation on the Ethics Commission approved by the rector of the OSCE.

P. 33. Ethics Commission summary

The results of the review of cases of violation of the code of etiquette by the Commission of etiquette conclude that there are (non-existent) violations of the disciplinary or other style of rule. At the same time, a proposal is made to the rector of the OSCE to hold the violator professor, employee, student and doctoral student accountable for consideration. Given the nature of the permissible violation, the Ethics Commission may be limited to a warning against a violation of the code of conduct in relation to a professor, employee, student and doctoral student.

The draft order for disciplinary responsibility of a professor, employee, student and doctoral student who does not comply with the code of etiquette is prepared by the deans of the faculty and the Graduate Department (in relation to students), the personnel department (in relation to professors, staff and doctoral students).

Professors, employees, students and doctoral students have the right to receive information about the violation of the rule they allow, the process of considering a violation of the rule, and provide evidence for self-defense, as well as to appeal in accordance with the established procedure on the decisions of the higher educational institution.

In order to ensure public control over the behavior of a Professor, employee, student or doctoral student, the practice of non-compliance with this Code can also be introduced in the trade union committee, advisory councils on women’s issues and the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.

This code shall come into force after being discussed and approved in the OSCE Council, approved by the rector’s order, amendments and additions to it shall also be carried out in accordance with the decision of the OSCE Council, the appropriate order of the rector
