BORIS NADEZHDIN

(1905-1961)

Nadezhdin Boris Borisovich was a Russian composer, educator, honored art figure of the Uzbek SSR (1950). Born in Smolensk. After graduating from the Moscow Conservatory in 1937 (G.I.In litinsky by composition class) went to Uzbekistan. From 1937 to the end of his life, he worked as an educator at the Tashkent State Conservatory (associate professor since 1945).

B.B.Nadezhdin was characterized by his serious views on the issue of education of national personnel, approached this issue with great sensitivity, was a pioneer in the interest of students in professional creativity. B.B.Under Nadezhdin’s composing Class-S.Babayev, H.Izamov G.Kadyrov, A.Muhamedov, H.Rahimov, Park yon din, V.Meyen, B.Giyenko, A.Berlin, I.Hamrayev, Y.Nikolayev, F.Yanov-Yanovsky, T.Gurbanov, S.Varelas, A.Malakhov, G.A number of famous disciples, such as Sabitov, matured.

B.B.Nadezhdin’s creative bisot included three musical dramas, symphonies, suitas, poems, many songs, including well-known works such as “songs about the great Farghana canal”. Of particular note are the genres of the composer’s work, including the author’s works for children – a collection of miniature plays for piano (“six children’s plays”, “three Uzbek plays for piano”, “songs for young children”, etc.), the Symphonic Suite “children” (1961). The music of these works is characterized by simplicity and elegance. B. for effective creative activity and work.B.Nadezhdin was awarded the order of Glory by the state. The composer died in Tashkent in 1961.
