(1939-1987)

Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, winner of the Republican state Prize, composer Rumil Vildanov joined the ranks of composers in 1960 with bright, attractive musical works. He left a huge legacy in various genres, especially in the field of film music.

Vildanov Rumil Jakhongirovich was born on November 24, 1939 in Bishkek to an intellectual family. In 1949, the Vildanov family moved to Namangan. Rumil learned to play the accordion at a music school from 1949, and then entered the bayan class of the Namangan music knowledge land. In 1957, he graduated from the Faculty of composition of the Tashkent conservatory, professor B.I.Zeidman was accepted into the class. After graduating, he began teaching composition at the Conservatory during 1962-68. In 1968-81, he was exclusively engaged in creativity and taught at the children’s Music School in the seat. From 1981 he worked in the role of associate professor of the conservatory.

As a student, works such as 9 “preludes” for Piano, “Variations”, “Ekspromt and Toccata”, “Syuita” for violin and piano, sonatina for Cello, sonata for cello and piano, 3 p’esa for organ -, “Trio” for violin, cello and piano, two quartets for violin, Alto and cello, and six-part syuita appeared. His poem-cantata “Voydite v mir”, Symphony No. 1, brought great fame.

The composer, one after another, created the following bright and complex works for Symphony, vocal-symphonic and theater: concert for piano (1965-Ed.), Concerto for violin and Symphony Orchestra (1966 -.), Symphony No. 2 (1967.), Piano Concerto No. 2 and Symphony No. 3 (1968.), Symphony No. 4 (1971.) such symphonic works have earned a worthy place from the repertoire of highly qualified performers. In muqimi’s musical theatre, his “12th night” (V.Shakespeare’s play), staged the musical comedies” Young Old Men In Disguise”. For the children’s puppet theater of the Republic, he composed music for the performances “the secret of love” and “Duymovochka”, “the talking pitcher”, “38 parrots”. From this day on, the composer became obsessed with making music for cinema, now his creative activity remained connected with this field for the rest of his life. During the period 1964-1987, he composed music for 97 artistic, 46 multiplicative, 14 documentary popular science films.

In 1983-1986, the composer created the following works: a sonata for cello and piano; a piano sonata, a “concert P’esa” for violin and piano, especially a “dialogue” for two pianos, asarlai was warmly welcomed by shinavandas. R.Vildanov graduated from the 1976 film festival with a diploma (“Chelovek ukhodit za ptitsami”) (rej.
