Attention applicants!

Applicants who have been recommended to the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan for a state grant or payment contract for the 2024-2025 academic year on the basis of the official records of the “Knowledge and Skills Assessment Agency” must submit the following documents to the working groups in the registration office from September 4 to September 7, 2024 until (even on this day) they are requested to present in person:

1. Application to the Rector (written at the conservatory)

2. 6 copies of passport (or ID card) and certificate of permanent residence (the original copy is also shown);

3. Applicant’s permit (issued on paper);

4. Applicant answer sheet (issued on paper);

5. Original copy of foreign language certificate (if any)

6. Original copy of general secondary education school certificate (based on 11th grade) or lyceum/college diploma (with attachment);

7. 8 color photos of 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size (on a white background);

8. If entered on the basis of a privilege, the original copy of the document on the privilege (recommendation letter from the military unit, women’s recommendation letter, medical certificate of disability, true orphan’s certificate, certificate of loss of breadwinner)

9. A5 size envelope
