In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and “On the National Training Program”, as well as the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 2017 President degree № 2909 “On Measures for the Further Development of the Higher Education System”, in order to ensure a high level educational process in accordance with the requirements of reforms carried out in socio-economic spheres, as well as further improving the quality control of education in the system of continuous education, the implementation of state policy in the field of quality control of staff training and an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the educational process. The Cabinet of Ministers issued a Decision № 515 “On the Organization of the State Inspectorate for Quality Supervision under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “. On realization of this decision, in all higher educational institutions since January 2018 the work of the departments of supervision of the quality of education began. The department for supervision of the quality of education at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan is 3 staff units (1 head of department, 2 main specialists), an approved regulation and regulations for its activities for the quarter plan for 2018 have been prepared. The main goal of the department is to study the state of knowledge of students of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan on the standards of education, analysis and supervision, monitor the quality of training, organize internal certification of the SCU, and identify, eliminate and prevent negative factors affecting the quality of education.In order to improve the learning process, the Education Quality Supervision Department asks professors-teachers and students to make their suggestions and comments in written or oral form. The main functional tasks of the department head: Responsible person in the implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the implementation of the current regulatory and legal documents of education, instructions and commands of the Head of the State Inspection and the Rector of SCU; Develop current and future plans for the department; Analyze and conduct expertise on education State standards of education, qualification requirements, provision of curricula and scientific programs; To study the quality of the education process, providing textbooks and training materials for the SCU; To study and analyze the knowledge of students on the State Education Standards; Ensure the implementation of regulatory and legal documents that are aimed at improving the quality of education; Monitor the training of personnel; Organize internal certification of SCU, identify the results of negative factors and influence on the quality of education, provide information to the rector of SCU and the State Inspectorate; In order to improve the quality of education, to analyze modern methods of pedagogy and the effectiveness of using professors-teachers in the process of practice; Monitor the status of indicators and propose options for certain problems and quality deficiencies in education; Analyze and conduct internal monitoring by definition of quality in the structure of the SCU (faculties, departments, departments, centers, academic lyceum) the status of qualifications of professors-teachers, also in the areas of additional studies after higher education and advanced training, retraining, offer management their ideas for improving the quality of education ; Analyze the correspondence of subjects taught by professors-teachers of the SCU, study the increase of teachers, the correspondence to these specializations, also study the correspondence of posts and scientific degrees, present the report to the rector of the SCU; To study the material and technical basis of the educational process, present your suggestions for the development and improvement of the process; To control the quality and efficiency of the organization of the practice of students of SCU on specialization; By appointment of the State Inspectorate, compulsory participation in attestations conducted in other universities; Timely elimination of shortcomings in the process of attestation, in the study and management of the quality of education SCU; Staff development, the “Istedod” Foundation (Talent) of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or international projects, at the expense of the SCU, to study the scientific centers of the developed countries of the world, to introduce the studied in the education process; Together with the leadership of SCU, develop measures to raise the rating to international levels and actively participate in its implementation; Together with SCU employees conduct seminars and trainings to improve the quality of education; Conduct integration, combination of training and production (with organizations of culture and art), monitor the practical implementation of innovative ideas, developments and technology; In the SCU Academic Council, forums and conferences, inform about the results of ongoing monitoring to improve the quality of education; For appointments of functions and work to be performed by employees, the State Inspectorate and the management of the Conservatory should be encouraged or disciplined; He is also the head of the assigned work of the quality management department of education.
